2. T.I. and his wife Tameka Tiny Cottle were arrested in Los Angeles on a drug-possession charge. The couple was taken into custody Wednesday after Los Angles County sheriffs deputies smelled a strong odor of marijuana during a traffic stop. In a subsequent search, T.I. and his wife were found to be in possession of a controlled substance, the arrest report said. The illicit substance was not revealed. T.I. and Tiny each posted $10,000 bond and were released. A September 3rd court date was scheduled. T.I. is still on probation for illegally possessing machine guns a few years ago. Federal officials are reportedly in the process of determining if they will try to revoke his probation
